Dear Prospective Member:

It is indeed a great pleasure to welcome you into the Order Sons of Italy in America (OSIA), the oldest and largest fraternal organization in the United States for Italian American men and women.

Founded in 1905 to help the early Italian immigrants, today OSIA is the nations leading Italian American service and advocacy organization.

The Order Sons of Italy in America continues to meet the initial objectives of its founders through a wide variety of community, cultural, social, charitable, educational, patriotic, youth and civic activities.

The Grand Lodge of Florida, which today has over forty local lodges, takes pride in our accomplishments and I am sure you will too. We hope you will enjoy being a member of this prestigious organization. We work especially had to ensure that our members enjoy maintaining the preservation and dissemination of our rich cultural heritage of Italy in our communities.
